We are launching local hubs across so-called Canada. Together, in the coming months, we will build towards a key moment moment for the Big 5 banks: their 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Each spring, the banks’ shareholders come together for an AGM to demonstrate their corporate strength and talk about their financial successes. It’s a moment when all eyes are on the banks, and we want to make sure that they are feeling the pressure.

This year, organizing starts early: we’re building towards a mass mobilization in the spring in protest of the banks’ climate-wrecking financing practices.
